Our marketing support is designed to help you promote your reusable cup system seamlessly. Whether you have your own creative team or need us to step in, we’ve got you covered. The clearer the system is communicated pre‑event and during the event, the more visitors will engage with it—driving operational efficiency and reducing cup losses.

Our marketing team partners with your creatives to produce digital assets aligned with your venue’s tone and goals.

We can provide a digital logos & icons pack, plus ONE Planet ONE Chance® brand guidelines to help you roll out across your website, socials, and on‑site comms.

ONE SMART Reusable Cup System - Visual & wording examples

Example wording:
  1. Buy Your Drink – A deposit of <£DEPOSIT> is automatically added to your payment when purchasing your first drink.
  2. Deposit Auto-Charged – The deposit is securely processed with your transaction.
  3. Return Your Cup – Swap it for a clean one when ordering your next drink or drop it into a cup return point when finished.
  4. Deposit Auto-Returned – Your deposit is automatically refunded to your payment card upon return.
Example wording:
  1. Buy Your Drink – A deposit of <£DEPOSIT> is automatically added to your payment when purchasing your first drink.
  2. Deposit Auto-Charged – The deposit is securely processed with your transaction.
  3. Return Your Cup – Swap your cup for a clean one when you buy a new drink, or when finished, drop into the deposit return point or the charity donation return point – you choose!
  4. Deposit Auto-Returned or Donate – If you choose to drop your cup in the charity donation return point, you will make a donation to <CHARITY>. Thank you!
